ORDER PROCESSING DURATION

We practice moderately-paced fashion at Pearls by RAY (as opposed to mass-produced fast fashion), therefore garments are made on order. Order takes 3-5 business days for non-embellished garments after payment confirmation, and 5-10 business days for embellished garments. During sales, this duration may extend by 3-5 working days after payment has been processed and confirmed.

SHIPPING DURATION

WITHIN LAGOS: 24- 48hours after orders have been dispatched. Outside Lagos: 3-5 working days after orders have been dispatched. Deliveries to Northern regions and outskirts might take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : Delivery will be done within 3-5working days by our logistics partners; DHL and Sendbox. Please note that customers will be responsible for all custom /duty fees. Price of delivery depends on weight and country.
