Order processing duration We practice moderately-paced fashion at Pearls by RAY (as opposed to mass-produced fast fashion), therefore garments are made on order. Order takes 5-10 working days for non-embellished garments, and 10-15 working days for embellished garments. During sales, this duration may extend by 3-5 working days after payment has been processed and confirmed.
DELIVERY DURATION
Within Lagos: 24- 48hours after orders have been dispatched. Outside Lagos: 1-3 working days after orders have been dispatched. Deliveries to Northern regions and outskirts might take longer. International: Delivery will be done within 3-5working days by our logistics partners; DHL and Sendbox. Please note that customers will be responsible for all custom /duty fees. Price of delivery depends on weight and country. Please allow for changes in delivery timelines, particularly during peak periods, public holidays or due to unforeseen human/global issues.
RETURNS
Garments that have not been worn, washed or stained can be returned within 3 working days from when the customer received the order. Refunds will only be processed if the fault is from us and will be minus the delivery fee. There’s no refund for custom orders, neither is there exchange or refund for orders placed during sales, as all sales are final.
SALE ITEMS:
From time to time, sales will be run on our website. All sales items are final and refunds cannot be accepted, but in store credit or exchanges are allowed.
PRODUCTS:
Special care is taken to ensure that the products and product pictures have little or no difference and are as accurate as possible. Please be sure of your size before placing your order. PRICING
Product prices may change without prior notice, but be rest assured that we will maintain constant product prices unless due to conditions beyond our control. Customers will be responsible for delivery fee during exchange.
